THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, CARL J. KLATT and LENA A. KLATT, have executed a deed
dated November 14, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for street
purposes on Catalina Avenue, west of Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, CARL J. KLATT and LENA A. KLATT, have executed a deed
dated November 14, 1967, conveying to the City an easement for drainage
purposes on the north side of Catalina Avenue, west of Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, CARL J. KLATT and LENA A. KLATT, have executed a deed
dated November 27, 1967, conveying to the City vehicular access rights
to the north side of 17th Street, west of Tustin Avenue, and vehicular
access rights to the west side of Tustin Avenue, north of 17th Street;
and
WHEREAS, GEORGE L. TANEY and AUDREY M. TANEY, have executed a
deed dated November 15, 1967, conveying to the City easements for
alley purposes and vehicular access rights on the south side of First
Street, west of Birch; and
WHEREAS, FRANK R. HILDITCH and JOSEPHINE E. HILDITCH, have
executed a deed dated October 13, 1967, conveying to the City an
easement for alley purposes north of 10th Street and east of Parton
Street; and
WHEREAS, EMPIRE SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a california
corporation, has executed a deed dated November 16, 1967, conveying
to the City easements for street purposes on the south side of 17th
Street and the west side of Baker Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEP, EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is hereby directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
