THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING NO CkSH
CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, the ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT has
execu%e~ an easemen% ~ee~ ~a%e~ January 9. 1~. conveying
the City a perpetual easement and right of way for street and
highway purposes on the east side of Harbor Boulevard, west
side of Figueroa, and south of Hazard Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without a cash consideration being
paid to said grantor by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed; and that Carl J. Thornton, the City's
designated agent, is hereby directed to place his Certificate
of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting on the 5th day of February,
1968.
