RKSOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSgSSMENT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 226, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
WHERE~S, the Superintendent of Streets of the City of
Santa Ana, California did, on the 16th day of February, 1968, file with
the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Aha an assessment to
represent the cost and expense of the work and improvement done and_
made by FAR WESTERN PIPELINE, INC., contractor, pursuant to proceed
ings had and taken by said City Council of the City of Santa Aha,
California under and pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 67-117
passed and adopted on the 17th day of July, 1967; and
WHEREAS, said.Clerk, ~s appears from the affidavit on
file herein, has duly gmven notmce by publication, posting and
mailing in the time, form and manner as provided by la~, of the
filing of said assessment and of the time set for hearing thereon,
which time was fixed in said notices as the 4th day of March, 1968
at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the council chambers of said City Council
in the City Hall located in the City of Santa Aha, California; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has received evidence concern-
ing said assessment and the prope~ completion of the work and im-
provement for which the same was ~ssued; and
WHEREAS, all objections filed in writing by interested
parties to said work and zmprovement or to the correctness of the
assessment or diagram or to any other act, determinatio~ or
proceeding of the Superintendent of Streets have been d~sposed of
without modification of said assessment:
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Santa ~na, California, in regular session assembled, that
the said assessment and diagram and warrant attached thereto, the
proceedings leading up to the same, and all acts and d~termina~ious
of all officers of said City of Santa _~.a, California.xn relatlon
thereto be, and the same hereby are ratified 9nd confxrmed; the
Superintendent of Streets and the Mayor of sald City of Santa Aha
are hereby authorized and directed to sign and countersign, re-
spectively, the warrant attached to said assessment, and the Superin-
tendent of Streets is hereby ordered to deliver said warrant, assess-
ment and diagram to FAR WESTERN PIPELINE, INC. upon the payment of
all incidental expenses due thereon.
