A QUITCLAIM DEED TO CLEVE-WALT HOLDING
COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on the north side of Huntzinger Avenue, east of Harbor Boulevard,
dedicated vehicular access rights to the City, and the present
owners have now requested access rights to Huntzinger Avenue, which
the City has determined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a deed quitclaiming to CLEVE-WALT HOLDING COMPANY, INC., the
following described real property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California:
Ail vehicular access rights to Huntzinger Avenue over
the Easterly 36 feet of the Westerly 438 feet over the
following described property:
That portion of Lot Three of the Williams Tract, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 30, page 14 of
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
and that portion of the land alloteed to James McFadden
as described in the Final Decree of Partition of the
Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, a certified copy of which
was recorded September 12, 1868, in Book B, Page 410
of judgments of the District Court of the Seventeenth
Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County,
California, and that portion of the Rancho Las Bolsas,
as shown on a map recorded November 5, 1877, in Book 2,
pages 333 and 334 of Patents, records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a bolt at the intersection of the
centerlines of Harbor Boulevard and Huntzinger Avenue;
thence North 88° 37' 00" East along the centertine of
said Huntzinger Avenue a distance of 1,237.80 feet; thence
North 1~ 19' 45" West parallel with the centerline of
said Harbor Boulevard a distance of 1,292.83 feet;
thence South 88° 37' 00" West 1,237.80 feet parallel
with the centerline of said Huntzinger Avenue to the
centerline of said Harbor Boulevard; thence South
1° 19' 45" East 1,292.83 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING the Westerly 60 feet and the Southerly 42
feet, dedicated for Street.
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of March,
1968.
