BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
hereby affirms the decision of the Planning Commission, and Appeal
No. 206 on Variance Application No. 68-4, filed by JOHN S. and
CHRISTINE DIAZ, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of March, 1968.
