CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCI-
ATION, Trustee, has executed a deed dated March 5, 1968, conveying
to the City of Santa Ana an easement for slope purposes on the
north side of St. Gertrude Place, west of Grand Avenue; and
WHEREAS, ARTHUI{ B. WADE and ELIZABETH W. WADE have executed
a deed dated February 15, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
an easement for street purposes on the east side of Grand Avenue,
and the South side of First Street; and
WHEREAS, SHELL OIL COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, has
executed a deed dated February 26, 1968, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana vehicular access rights on the west side of Bristol Street
and the south side of Warner Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds; that Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is hereby directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on
said deeds.
