A QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD WITH
NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on
the west side of Bristol Street and the south side of Warner Avenue,
dedicated vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners
have now requested access rights to Bristol Street and Warner Avenue,
which the City has determined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE AS
THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, the following described
real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California:
PARCEL 1. Ail vehicular access rights to Bristol Street over
that portion of Section 26, Township 5 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. & M., in the lands allotted to James McFadden and
F. W. Koll as described in the Final Decree of Partition of
the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, which was entered September 12,
1868, in book "B", page 410 of Judgments of the District Court
of the 17th Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
The southerly 30.00 feet of the northerly 339.33 feet and the
southerly 25.50 feet of the northerly 230.00 feet of the north-
east quarter of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter
of said Section 26.
PARCEL 2. Ail vehicular access rights to Warner Avenue over
that portion of Section 26, Township 5 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. & M., in the lands allotted to James McFadden and
F. W. Koll as described in the Final Decree of Partition of
the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, which was entered September 12,
1868, in book "B", page 410 of Judgments of the District Court
of the 17th Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
The westerly 33.00 feet of the easterly 220.00 feet of the
northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of the northeast
quarter of said Section 26.
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of March 1968.
