CLAIM DMR~ TO PATRICK P. AND ISABELLE PRIZIO FOR
A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $200.00 AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION 68-52
WHEREAS, heretofore, the City of Santa Ana acquired an ease-
ment to be used for water main purposes on the east side of Oakmont
Street, north of Santa Clara Avenue, and it has now been determined
that said easement is no longer necessary for said purpose and
should be quitclaimed to the grantors, which said grantors have
agreed to purchase for a cash consideration of $200.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming to PATRICK P. PRIZIO and ISA_BELLE PRIZIO, husband and
wife, the following described real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California:
An easement for a potable water main over the Southerly
2.00 feet of the Northerly 3.00 feet of Lot "A" in Block B
of Tract No. 378, as shown on a map recorded in Book 16,
Page 4, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
and deliver the same to Mr. Patrick P. Prizio, 2427 Oakmont Avenue,
Santa Ana, California, upon receipt of said cash consideration.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution 68-52 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of April, 1968.
