QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD WITH NO
CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on
the south side of Santa Clara Avenue, west of Wright Street, dedicated
vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners have now
requested access rights to Santa Clara Avenue, which the City has
determined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council are hereby authorized and directed to executed a deed quit-
claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE AS
THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, the following described
real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California:
Ail vehicular access rights over the easterly 40.00 feet of
the westerly 163.00 feet of Parcel 1 as shown on a Map recorded
in book 8, page 26 of Parcel Maps, said Parcel Map being a
subdivision of a portion of Block A of the A. B. Chapman Tract
as surveyed by Frank Lecouvreur in 1870 as shown on a Map
recorded in book 102, page 15 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of May, 1968.
