FROM MOBILE OIL CORPORATION INVOLVING PROPERTY
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF FIRST AND BRISTOL STREETS
FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, MOBILE OIL CORPORATION has executed a deed quit-
claiming to the City of Santa Ana its interest as lessee in and
to an easement for street purposes at the southeast corner of
First and Bristol Streets; said deed being dated March 14, 1968;
and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being
paid to said grantor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1968.
