CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, PEP FULLERTON CORP., a California corporation, has
executed a deed dated March 21, 1968, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana easements for alley purposes south of First Street, east
of Main Street; and
WHEREAS,

GERTRUDE MONTGOMERY has executed a deed dated
conveying to the City of Santa Ana easements for
south of First Street, east of Main Street; and
WHEREAS, TEX A. BOSWELL, who acquired title as T. A. Boswell,
and JESSIE W. BOSWELL have executed a deed dated May 21, 1968,
conveying an easement for street purposes on the west side of Tustin
Avenue and the north side of Fruit Street; and
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. ~hornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 1968.
