FOR THE WIDENING OF FIRST STREET FORWHICH THE CITY
IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $10,000
WHEREAS, L. M. WEAVER, also known as LILLIE MAE WEAVER,
has executed a deed dated May 17, 1968, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana a parcel of real property on the north side of First
Street, west of Flower Street, for which the City is paying a
cash consideration of $10,000; said transaction is to be handled
through Escrow No. 55659-C with Security Title Insurance Company,
Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed; that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the
Escrow instructions; and that Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of June, 1968.
