VARIANC~ APPLICATION NO. 68-54 FILED BY FRED MONTE
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
hereby affirms the decision of the Zoning Administrator, and Appeal
Application No. 68-54, filed by FRED MONTE, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of July, 1968.
