QUITCLAIM DEED TO F. H AND BETHENE SCHROEDER
FOR A CASH CONSIDERkTION OF $234.45
WHERE~S, heretofore, the City of Santa Ana acquired an easement
to be used for water main purposes on the west side of Oakmont Street,
north of Santa Clara Avenue, and it has now been determined that said
easement is no longer necessary for said purpose and should be quit-
claimed to the grantors, which said grantors have agreed to purchase
for a cash consideration of $234.45;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming to F. H. SCHROEDER and BETHENE SCHROEDER, husband and
wife, the following described real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California:
PARCEL 1:
An easement for a potable water main over the Southerly
2.00 feet of the Northerly 3.00 feet of Lot 20 in Block
A of Tract 378, as shown on a map recorded in Book 16,
Page 4 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
PARCEL 2:
An easement for a potable water main over the Southerly
2.00 feet of the Northerly 3.00 feet of the Easterly 25.00
feet of Lot 2 in Block A of Tract 378, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 16, Page 4 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California,
and deliver the same to Mr. F. H. Schroeder, P. 0.Box 145, Santa Ana,
California, 92702, upon receipt of said cash consideration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of July, 1968.
