OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on
the north side of Warner Avenue and the east side of Grand Avenue,
dedicated vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners
have now requested access rights to Warner Avenue and Grand Avenue,
which the City has determined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE AS
THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, the following described
real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California:
Ail vehicular access rights to Grand Avenue over the Northerly
40.00 feet of the Southerly 215.00 feet and to Warner Avenue
over the Easterly 40.00 feet of the Westerly 212.00 feet and
the Easterly 26.00 feet of the Westerly 524.79 feet of the
following described property:
That portion of land allotted to Frederick W. Koll, as described
in the Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa
Ana, which was entered September 12, 1868, in Book "B", Page
410 of Judgments of the District Court of the 17th Judicial
District in and for Los Angeles County, California described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 20, Township 5
South, Range 9 West; thence East 24 chains and 50 links; thence
North 1110.62 feet; thence West 24 chains and 50 links; thence
South 1110.62 feet to the point of beginning.
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of August, 1968.
