CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, GALAXY CONSTRUCTION CO., a corporation, and W. E.
FISHER and ELEANOR S. FISHER have executed a deed dated September
3, 1968, conveying to the City vehicular access rights on the
north side of Edinger Avenue, West of Grand Avenue; and
W~EREAS, RIDKATSO, LTD., a limited partnership, and ED
RIDDLE REALTOR, INC., a corporation, being a general partner
thereof, have executed a deed dated May 18, 1968, conveying to the
City an easement for drainage purposes on the north side of Sunflower
Avenue, west of Fairview Street; and
WI{EREAS, FRANCES L. CLABORN has executed a deed dated
August 15, 1968, conveying to the City vehicular access rights to
the East side of Main Street, North of Edinger Avenue; and
WHEREAS, GI~NN M. LAYTON has executed a deed dated August 23,
1968, conveying to the City vehicular access rights to the East
side of Main Street, North of Edinger Avenue; and
WHEP~EAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of September~
