QUITCLAIM DRR~S TO GALAXY CONSTRUCTION CO.,
ET AL., AND OWNERS OF RECORD WITH NO CASH
CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on the North side of Edinger Avenue, West of Grand Avenue, dedicated
vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners have now
requested access rights to Edinger Avenue, West of Grand Avenue,
which the City has determined should be granted; and
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on the North side of Edinger Avenue, East of Main Street, dedicated
vehicular access rights to the city, and the present owners have
requested access rights to Edinger Avenue, which the City has
determined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming to GALAXY CONSTRUCTION CO., a corporation, and W. E.
FISHER and ELEANOR S. FISHER, husband and wife, the following
described real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California:
Ail vehicular access rights over the Westerly 40.00 feet of the
Easterly 239.00 feet to Edinger Avenue lying North of a line
parallel and 52.00 feet Northerly, measured at right angles,
with the South line of the following described property:
That portion of the land allotted to Frederick W. Koll as
described in the Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho
Santiago de Santa Ana, which was entered September 12, 1868
in Book "B", Page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of
the 17th.Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County,
California described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Edinger Avenue,
104.00 feet wide, as described in Parcel 2 of the deed to the
City of Santa Ana, recorded October 27, 1965 in Book 7717,
Page 761 of Official Records, said point being North 89° 23' 05"
West 736 feet from the point of intersection of said center line
with the center line of Grand Avenue, 60.00 feet wide; thence
North 0° 33' 35" East parallel with said center line of Grand
Avenue, 274.19 feet to a point in the North line of the land
described in Parcel 1 of the deed to T. R. Bolte Development,
Inc. and others, recorded May 20, 1965 in Book 7527, Page 500
of Official Records; thence North 89° 25' 19" West along said
North line 443.43 feet to the Northwest corner of said land
described in Parcel 1 of the deed to Bolte Development; thence
South 0" 33' 33" West along the Westerly line thereof 273.91 feet
to a point in said center line of Edinger Avenue; thence South
89° 23' 05" East along said center line of Edinger Avenue 443.43
feet to the point of beginning,
and deliver the same to George S. Markel, 2100 Newport Avenue,
costa Mesa, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE,
AS THEIR RESPECTIVE~TERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, the following
described real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California:
Ail vehicular access rights to Edinger Avenue from the Westerly
40.00 feet of the Easterly 128.00 feet of the lands lying North
of the South line of the following described property:

The North 9.00 feet of Lot 35 in Block C of Tract 245, McFadden
Home Place Number 1, as shown on a map recorded in Book 13,
Page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia,
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the
