CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, THE CHURCH OF THE MESSIAH, a religious corporation,
has executed a deed dated October 17, 1968, conveying to the city
of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the west side of
Bush Street, south of Seventh Street; and
WHEREAS, J. EUGENE ROHRS, a married man, who acquired title
as a single man, has executed a deed dated October 25, 1968,
conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes
on the west side of Lincoln Avenue, north of Seventeenth Street; and
WHEREAS, EI~IER I. FOWLER and ESTHER FOWLER, husband and wife
as joint tenants, have executed a deed dated October 24, 1968,
conveying to the city of Santa Aha an easement for street purposes
on the west side of Grand Avenue, south of McFadden Avenue; and
WHEREAS, FRANCES L. CLABORN, a widow, has executed a deed
dated October 10, 1968, granting to the City of Santa Aha vehicular
access rights to Main Street on the east side, north of Edinger
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a New York
corporation, has executed a deed dated October 14, 1968, granting
to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to Main Street on
the east side, north of Edinger Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
