OF FIRST STREET FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH
CONSIDERATION OF $55,900.
WI~EREAS, HAROLD W. FINNEY and MARGARET L. FIAINEY, husband
and wife, have executed a deed dated October 16, 1968, conveying
to the City of Santa Aha two parcels of real property on the
North side of First Street, East of Ross Street, for which the
City is paying a cash consideration of $55,900; said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 55929-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the city of Santa
Ana accepts said deed; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of November, 1968.
