CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, NATHAN F. WALLACH, as Trustee under Trust Agreement
No. 801, has executed a deed dated April 1, 1968, conveying to the
City of Santa Ana easements for street purposes on the east side of
Grand Avenue, south of Santa Clara Avenue, and on the south side of
Santa Clara Avenue, east of Grand Avenue; also dedicating vehicular
access rights to Grand Avenue and to Santa Clara Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA has executed a quit-
claim deed dated July 8, 1968, quitclaiming to the City of Santa
Ana easements for street purposes on the east side of Grand Avenue,
south of Santa Clara Avenue, and on the south side of Santa Clara
Avenue, east of Grand Avenue; also dedicating vehicular access
rights to Grand Avenue and to Santa Clara Avenue; and
WHEREAS, E. O. RODEFFER and PHYY~LIS M. RODEFFER, have
executed a deed dated October 23, 1968, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana pedestrian and vehicular access rights to Pullman Street
on the southeast side from Deere Avenue to Alton Street; and
WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partnership,
by Waverly Homes, Inc., a California corporation, has executed two
deeds dated September 27, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
vehicular access rights on the north side of Sunflower Avenue east
of the southerly extension of Flower Street and conveying vehicular
access rights on the north side of Sunflower Avenue east of the
southerly extension of Flower Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of November. /7
