OF FIRST STREET FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH
CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, LUPE MENDEZ has executed a deed dated October 21,
1968, conveying to the city of Santa Ana a parcel of real property
on the north side of First Street, west of Raitt Street, for which
the City is paying a cash consideration of $11,750.00; said trans-
action is to be handled through Escrow No. 55953-C with Security
Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha, california;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is authorized
to sign the escrow instructions; the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of November, 1968.
