OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 DELETING THE
CLASS TITLE OF NURSERYMAN
WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted
Resolution No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation
Plan for employees of the City of Santa Aha; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to delete one class from the class
titles contained in said Resolution No. 58-281, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution No.
58-281, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting from Section 3
thereof, the class title of Nurseryman.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take effect on
December 16 , 1968.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of December , 1968.
