INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES CORPORATION FOR WHICH
THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREkS, DUNN INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES CORPORATION, a corporation,
has executed a deed dated November 14, 1968, conveying to the City
of Santa Ana an easement for water main purposes on the west side of
Grand Avenue, north of Dyer Road; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without a cash consideration being paid to
said grantor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of December, 1968.
