WIDENING OF SEVENTEENTH STREET FOR WHICH THE
CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, PEGGY GORZEMAN, has executed a deed dated September 5,
1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana a parcel of real property on
the north side of Seventeenth Street and the east side of Main Street
for which the City is paying a cash consideration of $90,000; said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 55848-C with Security
Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of December, 1968.
