ESTATE OF GRACE GOINGS FOR CIVIC CENTER
PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A
CASH CONSIDERATION OF $11,250.00
WHEREAS, JOHN JOSEPH ANTHONY KIRBY, III, as Executor of the
Estate of Grace Goings, Deceased, has executed a deed dated December 30,
1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana a parcel of real property on
the north side of Third Street, west of Parton Street, for which the
City is paying a cash consideration of $11,250.00; said transaction to
be handled through Escrow No. 55826-C with Security Title Insurance
Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of January, 1969.

Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was
