PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING A VARIANCE ON
VARIANCE APPLICATION 68-125, FILED BY HALL-LYON-
HALL, LTD., SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning
Commission granted a variance on Variance Application 68-125,
filed by HALL-LYON-HALL, LTD., to permit the establishment of
a church in the LP District at 600 North Golden Circle Drive,
Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 220 was filed by SUNSET
BUILDERS, appealing the decision of the Planning Commission and
presenting the matter to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the city Council, after public hearing on notice,
has determined that said Variance meets the requirements of
Section 9250.8 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code and that said
Variance should be granted, subject to certain conditions;
NOW, T}EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the Planning
Commission and does hereby grant a Variance on Variance application
No. 68-125, filed by HALL-LYON-HALL, LTD., to permit the establish-
ment of a church in the LP District at 600 North Golden Circle
Drive, Santa Ana, california, in an LP District; said Variance is
granted subject to the following conditions:
That a precise plan of development be submitted to and approved
by the Planning Commission and that the development be
according to the approved plan, except for minor modifications
to be approved by the Planning Department;
That the Planning Commission may impose additional conditions
of approval at the time of submittal and approval 6f detailed
plans.

That a detailed landscape plan be submitted to and approved by
the Planning Department, and that the approved plan be
implemented and all landscaping be continuously maintained.
THE FOLLOWING CONDITION IS TO BE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE
OF A BUILDING PERMIT OR UTILITY RELEASE:
4. That all applicable conditions of Parcel Maps 584 and 585 be
complied with.
