IMPROVEMENT OF MEMORY LANE WEST OF WESTWOOD
FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, J. W. QUINN and ALICE M. QUINN, husband and wife,
have executed a deed dated February 18, 1969, conveying to the City
of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the north side of
Memory Lane, west of Westwood Street; and
WHEREAS ROBERT W. SHROLL and LORENE M. SHROLL, husband and
wife, have executed a deed dated February 13, 1969, conveying to the
City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the north side
of Memory Lane, west of Westwood Street; and
WHEREAS MILTON MANN and CHERI ANITA MANN, husband and wife,
have executed a deed dated March 3, 1969, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the north side of
Memory Lane, west of Westwood Street; and
WHEREAS, ROBERT L. SUBRIAR and DARLENE A. SUBRIAR, husband
and wife, have executed a deed dated February 19, 1969, Conveying
to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the
north side of Memory Lane, west of Westwood Street; and
WHEREAS, JOSEPH W. TRUMPY and HAZEL J. TRUMPY, husband and
wife, have executed a deed dated February 13, 1969, conveying to the
City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the north side
of Westwood Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of March, 1969.
