THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, W. F. CRODDY and MAURINE M. CRODDY, husband and wife,
have executed a deed dated March 17, 1969, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana real property on the west side of Fairview Street, from
Edinger Avenue to Harvard Street, for park purposes, in order to
correct an erroneous description in the deed executed by Mr. and Mrs.
Croddy February 19, 1969, which deed has heretofore been accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
