REAL PROPERTY FOR WHICH THE CITY IS
PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, PATRICIA S. LOERCH is the owner of an undivided
one-quarter interest of the real property more particularly des-
cribed below, and the said PATRICIA S. LOERCH is also conservator
of the ESTATE OF ESTER C. LOERCH, which is also an owner of an
undivided one-quarter interest in the same real property and the
testamentary trust of JULIUS J. JACOBS is the owner of an undivided
one-half interest in the said real property, and
WHEREAS, PATRICIA S. LOERCH, for herself and RUBY MAE JACOBS
and MARVIN JACOBS as trustees of the JULIUS J. JACOBS TRUST, have
executed deeds conveying their respective interests to the CITY OF
SANTA ANA in and to that parcel of real property generally located
on the Southeast Corner of Third and Bush Streets in the City of
Santa Ana, more particularly described below, for which the CITY OF
SANTA ANA is paying a cash consideration of $25,759.90. The real
property being conveyed is described as:
An undivided three-quarter interest in and to
Lots 7 and 10 in Block 8 of the Town of Santa
Ana, as shown on a map recorded in Book 2,
page 51 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, california, and
WHEREAS, the remaining one-quarter interest in and to the
above described real property owned by the ESTATE OF ESTER C. LOERCH
is to be conveyed to the CITY OF SANTA ANA at such time as court
approval is obtained therefor; application having been made therefor
and permission anticipated to be granted upon this routine applica-
tion; the cash to be paid to the said Estate for the purchase of the
one-quarter interest being $8,759.90; and the entire transaction to
be handled through Escrow No. 56197C with the Security Title Insurance
Company of Santa Ana, California;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the city of Santa
Ana accepts said deeds; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of April, 1969.
