FREELY AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 15, 1954
AND JULY 6, 1964
WIREREAS, the City of Santa Ana and the State of california
have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement dated February 15,
1954 and July 6, 1964 relating to the portion of the Santa Ana
Freeway, State Highway Road 07-ORA-5 (former ORA-174,2-SA) between
the NCL of Santa Ana at Chapman Avenue and ECL of Santa Ana at
Maybury Street; and ORA-5 (former ORA-174), Routes 57, 5, 22
(former 19, 174, 179) Freeways Interchange area; and
WHEREAS, further engineering studies indicate that the
following revision is desirable, to wit: Provide a new crossing
of freeway at Broadway and modify the interchange at Main Street,
as shown on attached print labeled EXHIBIT A, dated March 28, 1969,
and made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana hereby concurs and approves the proposed
revision set forth hereinabove, it being understood that a revised
freeway agreement incorporating said revision is to be entered
into at some future date.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of April, 1969.

Resolution was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular
meeting held on the 21st day of April, 1969, and was at said meeting
