THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ALFRED LANDR¥ and MARGARET LANDRY, as to an undivided
1/2 interest; and LINTON G. VORWERCK and MILDRED J. VORWERCK, as
to an undivided 1/2 interest, have executed a deed dated April 15,
1969, conveying to the city of Santa Ana vehicular access rights
to the north side of Eighth Street and the east side of Fairview
Street; and
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA BAPTIST CONVENTION has executed
a deed dated April 16, 1969, conveying to the city of Santa Ana
easements for street purposes on the south side of Hazard Avenue,
east of Euclid Street, and vehicular access rights at said location;
and
W}{EREAS, ALL-STATE MANAGEMENT, INC., a california corporation,
has executed a deed dated April 17, 1969, conveying to the city of
Santa Ana vehicular access rights to the north side of Edinger Avenue
and the west side of Grand Avenue; and
WHEREAS, WM. LYON DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., a Delaware
corporation, has executed a deed dated April 22, 1969, conveying
to the city of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to the east side
of Bristol Street, south of Segerstrom Avenue; and
WHEREAS, WM. LYON DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., a Delaware corpora-
tion, has executed a deed dated April 22, 1969, conveying to the
city of Santa Ana an easement for drainage purposes east of Bristol
Street, north of the Pacific Electric Railroad;
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
cause said deeds together with a copy of this resolution to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of May, 1969.
