THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, BEHR PROCESS CORPORATION, a california corporation,
formerly Linseed Oil Products Corporation, a corporation, has
'executed a deed dated April 24, 1969, conveying to the city of
Santa Ana an easement for sewer purposes north of Alton Avenue,
west of Bristol Street, for which the City is paying a cash con-
sideration of $265.00; said transaction to be handled through
Escrow No. 56166-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa
Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed, and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
cause said deed together with a copy of this resolution to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of May, 1969.
