OF CAMINO AVENUE TO NORTH MANTLE STREET
WHEREAS, by reason of the physical layout of Mantle Street
and Camino Avenue, that portion of Camino Avenue lying between
the center line of Mantle Street and the west line of Tract 3902
is considered to be an extension of Mantle Street and the denomi-
nation of it as Camino Avenue is confusing to residents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the name of that portion
of Camino Avenue lying between the center line of Mantle Street
and the west line of Tract 3902 be changed to North Mantle Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Director of Public Works is
instructed to place street name signs on Camino Avenue to show the
name heretofore used for said street and the new name herein
designated for said street, and said combination street name signs
shall be maintained for at least six months from the adoption of
this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the the 19th day of May, 1969.
