HomeMy WebLinkAbout69-087RESOLUTION 69-87 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FEDERAL DISASTER ACT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: That CARL J. THORNTON, City Manager, be and he is hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, this application and to file it in the appropriate State office for the purpose of obtaining certain Federal financial assistance under the Federal Disaster Act (Public Law 769, 89th Congress, Section 9). PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, California, at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1969.
