AN OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR WHICH THE CITY IS
PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WI{EREAS, JOHN F. BOOSE and LIDA A. BOOSE, husband and wife,
have executed a deed dated May 6, 1969, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the south side of
Seventh Street, and the east side of Wright Street; and
WHEREAS, MANUEL M. KEUILIAN and VERONICA KEUILIAN, husband
and wife; ARCHIE V. KEUILIAN and ZEVART KEUILIAN, husband and wife;
ARDASH M. KEUILIAN and GINA KEUILIAN, husband and wife; SHAVARSH M.
KEUILIAN and EUGENIE KEUILIAN, husband and wife; and ARMEN M.
KEUILIAN and JEANNIE KEUILIAN, husband and wife, have executed a
deed dated May 4, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an ease-
ment for street purposes on the south side of Westminster Avenue,
west of Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS, HAROLD SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, NELLIE
RUTH SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE DE C. SEGERSTROM,
HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., and JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM have executed
a Continuing Offer of Dedication dated May 13, 1969, by which
document they offer to dedicate to the City of Santa Ana for street
purposes property on the east side of Bush Street between Tenth
and Eleventh Streets; and
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Offer of Dedication be received
and that said offer shall be accepted only after July 1, 1970,
only upon six months' prior written notice of said acceptance, and
understanding that the City will accept only that portion of
Parcels 1 and 2 therein which are required by the City of Santa
Ana in accordance with its finally approved street alignment plan
for Bush Street at its intersection with Tenth Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1969.
