GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY WITH NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY has requested
an easement for the purpose of furnishing electrical energy On
Tract 6745 south of MacArthur Boulevard, west of Birch Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council
hereby directs the M~yor and the Clerk of the Council to execute
that certain GRANT OF EASEM~NT, margin dated 5/7/69, Identity No.
9-1878, to the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, which is under-
stood between the parties thereto to be for the sole purpose of
conveying electric energy to provide future service to the property
southerly of Lot 51, at such time as it develops.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1969.
