CITY OF SANTA ANA TO PROVIDE ANNUAL REQUALI-
FICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE ARTERIAL
HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 9, Division 2 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California authorize a
county to expend funds apportioned to it out of the California
Highway Users' Tax Fund for aid to any city for the improvement,
construction, or repair of streets within such city; and
WHEREAS, the procedure manual for the Arterial Highway
Financing Program requires annual requalifieation of participating
cities in the program by informing the Advisory Committee of any
changes in its Arterial Highway Master Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Advisory Committee
of the Arterial Highway Financing Program be informed of the fact
that there have been additions made by the City of Santa Ana to the
Arterial Highway Master Plan, as follows:

Ross Street
Ross Street
Main Street to Parker Street
Santa Ana Freeway to Memory Lane
First Street to Santa Ana Boulevard
Santa Ana Boulevard to Civic Center

Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of June, 1969.
