HomeMy WebLinkAbout69-110RESOLUTION 69-110 ACCEPTING A DEED FROM SPURGEON MEMORIAL METHODIST CHURCH FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $48,202.35 WHEREAS, Spurgeon Memorial Methodist Church, a religious corporation, has executed a deed dated July 7, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana real property located on the east side of Westwood Avenue, north of Memory Lane; the west 30.00 feet of Parcel 1 and all of Parcel 2 are to be used as a public street, for which the City is paying a cash consideration of $48,202.35. The transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 56421-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed, and the Clerk of the Council is directed to cause said deed together with a copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the city of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the ~2nd day of July, 1969.
