FROM MANUEL AND DOLORES ESQUEDA WITH NO CASH
CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, MANUEL ESQUEDA and DOLORES ESQUEDA, husband and
wife, have executed an easement deed dated June 26, 1969, granting
to the City of Santa Aha a temporary easement on the north side of
First Street, 150 feet west of Olive Street, for the purpose of the
demolition of a building existing, in part, on said property;
said temporary easement to terminate on the completion of the
demolition of said building, but in no event later than six (6)
months after recordation of this Easement deed; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
cause said deed, together with a copy of this Resolution, to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 22nd day of July, 1969.
