GREER & WOOD ENTERPRISES FOR WHICH THE
CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, GREER & WOOD ENTERPRISES, a corporation, has
executed a deed dated July 17 , 1969, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana real property for park purposes east of Westwood
Avenue and north of Memory Lane for which the city is paying
a cash consideration of $196,390.00; said transaction to be
handled through Escrow No. 55-80528 with The Bank of California,
Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is directed
to cause said deed together with a copy of this resolution to
be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 22nd day of July, 1969.
