THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, THOMAS J. GRAFTON and VIRGINIA M. GRAFTON, husband
and wife, have executed a deed dated July 21, 1969, conveying to
the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the west
side of Euclid Street, south of Lucky Way; and
WHEREAS, DOUGLAS CORRIGAN, as to an undivided one-half
interest; and DOUGLAS O. CORRIGAN, HARRY M. CORRIGAN, and ROY
W. CORRIGAN, a minor, as to an undivided one-half interes~ have
executed a grant deed dated July 15, 1969, conveying to the City
of Santa Ana a perpetual easement ~r street and highway purposes
on the south half of west Orange Road between Flower Street and
Westwood Street; and
WHEREAS, DOUGLAS CORRIGAN, as to an undivided one-half
interest; and DOUGLAS O. CORRIGAN, HARRY M. CORRIGAN, and ROY
W. CORRIGAN, a minor, as to an undivided one-half interest, have
executed a grant deed dated July 15, 1969, conveying to the City
of Santa Ana a perpetual easement for sanitary sewer purposes
south of West Orange Road, east of Westwood Street;
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
cause said deeds together with a copy of this Resolution to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of August, 1969.
