ESTATE OF ADA H. WYATT FOR WHICH THE CITY IS
PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $13,500
WHEREAS, RUBY A. DENHAM, executrix of the Will of ADA H.
WYATT, deceased, has executed a Deed dated July 25, 1969, convey-
ing to the City of Santa Ana real property located on the north
side of First Street, west of Hesperian Street, the south 40 feet
thereof to be used as a public street and highway, for which the
city is paying a cash consideration of $13,500.00. The trans-
action is to be handled through escrow numbered 56344-C with
Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, california.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and the Clerk of the Council is directed
to cause said deed together with a copy of this Resolution to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of August, 1969.
