FOR SEWER AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES WITH NO
CASH CONSIDERATION
WI~EREAS, BELLE M. GRISET, a widow, and BELLE M. GRISET and
FRANCIS E. GRISET, Trustees, have executed five easement deeds
dated July 3, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Aha the following
easements:
(1) Easements for sewer and temporary construction purposes
East of Bristol Street, North of MacArthur Boulevard;
(2)Easements for sewer, storm drain, and temporary construction
purposes East of Bristol Street, South of MacArthur Boulevard;
(3) An easement for sewer purposes East of Bristol Street,
665 feet North of MacArthur Boulevard;
(4) An easement for sewer purposes East of Bristol Street,
660 feet North of MacArthur Boulevard; and
(5) An easement for temporary construction purposes East of
Bristol Street, 660 feet North of MacArthur Boulevard;
and
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors;
NOW, THEREFOP. E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to cause
said deeds together with a copy of this Resolution to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of August, 1969.
