CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partner-
ship, by WAVERLY HOMES INC., a corporation, general partner, has
executed a deed conveying to the City of Santa Ana vehicular
access rights on the north side of Dyer Road and the West side
of Main Street; and
WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partner-
ship, by WAVERLY HOMES, INC., a corporation, general partner,
has executed a deed conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement
for water line purposes west of Main Street, north of Dyer Road;
and
WHEREAS, HARVEY L. BEAR, as his separate property, and
THE COVINGTON BROTHERS, a corporation, have executed a deed dated
July 22, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an easement
for street and public utility purposes on Mac Arthur Boulevard
between Fairview Street and Greenville Street; and
WHEREAS, THE COVINGTON BROTHERS, a corporation, has
executed a deed dated July 22, 1969, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana an easement for street and public utility purposes
on Mac Arthur Boulevard between Fairview Street and Greenville
Street; and
WHEREAS, SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a political
subdivision of the State of California, has executed a deed
dated August 5, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an
easement for street purposes on St. Andrews Place, west of
Fairview Street;
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
cause said deeds together with a copy of this resolution to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of August, 1969.
