QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD WITH NO
CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on the West side of Bristol Street, North of Central Avenue, dedi-
cated to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights, and the
present owners have now requested access rights to Bristol Street,
which the City has determined should be granted; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE
UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD
the city's interest in and to that certain property lying in the
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
All vehicular access rights to Bristol Street from those
portions of Parcel No. 2 as shown on a parcel map recorded in
Book 21, at Page 47, in the office of the County Recorder of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Parcel A: The Southerly 50.00 feet of the Northerly 303.00
feet of said Parcel 2;
Parcel B: The Southerly 40.00 feet of the Northerly 465.00
feet of said Parcel 2;
Parcel C: The Southerly 40.00 feet of the Northerly 650.00
feet of said Parcel 2;
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of August, 1969.
