MOZLEY, ORANGE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR, FOR WHICH
THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, DON S. MOZLEY, Orange County Tax Collector, has
executed five deeds dated July 22, 1969, conveying to the City
of Santa Ana the following parcels:
(1) Real property for street purposes on the northeast
side of Century Boulevard, south of Westminster Avenue;
(2) A drainage easement south of McFadden Avenue, west
of Douglas Street;
(3) A drainage easement south of Wilshire Avenue, west
of Douglas Street;
(4) A drainage easement south of Wilshire Avenue, west
of Douglas Street;
(5) A drainage easement north of Edinger Avenue, west
of Douglas Street;
WHEREAS, the City is paying a $10.00 consideration for
each parcel being conveyed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
cause said deeds together with a copy of this Resolution to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of August, 1969.
