THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, RAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY INC., a california
corporation, has executed a deed dated August 29, 1968, conveying
to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the
south side of Central Avenue, 240 feet east of Bristol Street;
WHEREAS, UNITED CALIFORNIA BANK, a corporation, has executed
a deed dated September 5, 1969, conveying to the city of Santa Ana
real property for street and highway purposes on the north side of
Seventeenth Street, east of Greenleaf Avenue;
WHEREAS, HONER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a california corporation,
has executed a deed dated September 26, 1969, conveying to the
City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the west
side of Bristol Street, and the south side of Twenty-First Street;
together with all vehicular access rights to Bristrol Street
from the lands lying westerly thereof;
WHEREAS, FERNDALE CHAPEL, INC., a corporation, has executed
a deed dated August 29, 1969, conveying to the city of Santa Ana
real property for street purposes together with all vehicular
access rights from the lands remaining to the south of said deeded
real property, which real property is located on the south side
of Seventeenth Street, east of Laurel Avenue;
WHEREAS, LESTER ELBERT and VIVIAN ELBERT, husband and wife,
SIDNEY PENN and BARBARA PENN, husband and wife, and ERNEST ROSS
and DELORACE ROSS, husband and wife, have executed a deed dated
September 23, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana vehicular
access rights on the north side of McFadden Avenue, east of
Fairview Street.
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City of Santa Ana;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
cause said deeds together with a copy of this resolution to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of October, 1969.
