RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT MAP
AS. SESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Arm, California, in regular session assembled, that the
prOposed boundaries of the assessment district proposed to be
assessed in this assessment proceeding to pay any part of the
cost of the prOposed improvement in this assessment district are
as shown upon a map of the assessment district now on file in the
office of the City Clerk and the Clerk of the Council of said City
of Santa Ana, and the Director of Public Works of said City of
Santa Ana, and entitled "PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 236, IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA," and which map indicates by a boundary line the
extent of the territory included in this assessment district. Said
plat or map is hereby adopted as the plat or map describing the
extent of the territory to be included in this proposed assessment
district.
The Clerk of said City Council is hereby ordered and
directed to endorse upon the original and at least one copy of
said map her certificate evidencing the date and adoption of this
resolution. Thereafter, said Clerk shall file the original of said
map as so endorsed in said Clerk's office, and shall forthwith
thereafter file a copy of said map executed as hereinbefore directed
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
ADOPTED the 3rd day of November, 1969.

Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Ana, State of California;

and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following
