RESOLUTION ADOPTING SCALE OF PREVAILING WAGE RATES
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that the general
prevailing rate of per diem wages for each type or craft of
workman needed to execute or perform the necessary work or improve-
ment for the improvement of certain streets described in Resolution
of Intention No. 6q-17k adopted November 17, 1969 shall be
as set forth and contained in the schedule thereof in Resolution
No. 69-109 of the City Council adopted July 22, 1969, on file in
the office of the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Ama~
California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tbmt reference to said schedule
shall be made in the notice inviting sealed bids and all contract
documents in connection with said work and improvement.
ADOPTED the 17th day of November, 1969.
