TO APPLY FOR AND OBTAIN FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER
THE FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE ACT OF 1950
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
that the following named officers are hereby authorized to execute
for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, a public entity,
established under the laws of the State of California, applications
and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance
under the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950, as amended, (Public
Law 920, 81st Congress, 50 U.S.C. 2251-2297):
City Manager
Assistant City Manager
Director of Finance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of February, 1970.
